Glastonbury

29 August - 2 September 2026

The Love Festival is a vibrant, affirming space for men who love men.

We co-create a place to soften, open, and truly connect through intimacy, spirituality and heartfelt presence.

Rooted in the legacy of the Tantra Love Festival, this new chapter invites you into a world where you can feel safe, seen and celebrated exactly as you are. Here, connection deepens, barriers fall away, and a sense of freedom begins to unfold.

This is a space where men are invited to embrace both their personal and sexual identities with confidence, curiosity and care — to explore connection, expression and pleasure in a way that feels natural and respectful.

Come as you are. And leave feeling more connected, more confident…and more yourself.

If you’ve been craving deeper connection, a sense of freedom in your body, and the opportunity to explore intimacy in a way that is both conscious and alive… this is your invitation.

The Love Festival is a celebration of men who love men — a sacred, sex-positive, consensual space where intimacy, spirituality, and community meet. It offers a welcoming environment where you can safely explore your inner world, embrace vulnerability, and express your authentic self without judgment or fear.

Through neo-tantra, conscious touch, meditation, play, and shared ritual, the Festival becomes a powerful container for healing, self-discovery, and deeper connection, all grounded in practices that honour both people and planet.

More than an event, The Love Festival is a movement for visibility, unity, and personal growth. It nurtures emotional resilience, spiritual depth, and empowerment, offering opportunities to deepen intimacy and reconnect with sacredness in love and touch.

Together we challenge stigma, celebrate diversity, and build a community of empathy, compassion, and belonging — reminding every man that he is seen, valued, and part of something bigger.

Details

  • The Love Festival is a five-day celebration of men, love, and conscious connection — a gathering that weaves together tantra, spirituality, sensuality, and play. Set within the sacred landscape of Avalon, just outside Glastonbury, the festival offers a space to deepen intimacy, expand awareness, and experience the joy of community.

Throughout the week, UK and international teachers will guide you through a rich programme of tantric workshops, sacred rituals, and embodied practices. From the Main Hall to the Love Temple, and the intimate Little Earth spaces, you’ll find opportunities to explore massage, meditation, breathwork, energy play, nature rituals, and sacred sexuality.

Our days begin with meditation and yoga to awaken the body and spirit, followed by morning sessions that open new pathways for self-discovery and connection. After time to rest and share in circles, the afternoons dive deeper into tantric practices such as massage, visualization, conscious intimacy, and devotional ritual. Evenings offer an opportunity to take part in further practices or simply unwind.

Beyond the workshops, the Earth Spirit Centre offers a sanctuary for relaxation and renewal: a spa and sauna, woodlands with a sacred tree circle, gardens, and spaces to simply be. The Love Lounge and 24-hour tea and snack station provide space to meet, connect, and make new friends.

Arrival: Saturday 29 August, from 15:00 (programme begins 17:00)
Departure: Wednesday 2 September, by 15:00

The Love Festival is more than a workshop series. It is a temple of love — a chance to experience yourself, others, and the world with openness, joy, and reverence.

  • Just five miles from mystical Glastonbury, nestled on the edge of Compton Dundon village in Somerset, lies the Earth Spirit Centre - a sanctuary within the ancient temenos (sacred enclosure) of Avalon. This land has long been revered as a place of deep healing and transformation, where myth, spirit, and nature weave together.

The centre rests in a breathtaking landscape between two nature reserves, just a short walk from St Andrew’s Church, whose grounds hold a living elder — a yew tree more than 1,800 years old, silently witnessing the turning of centuries. Here, time slows, and the veil between the seen and unseen feels thin.

The heart of the Earth Spirit Centre is its beautifully restored 17th-century farmstead, set within seven acres of lush gardens and open fields. At its centre is a 52-foot oak-timbered barn — a hall of stone and reed torching, evoking the atmosphere of a medieval sanctuary. While the spirit of the past infuses every beam and stone, the space also embraces modern comfort with under-floor heating, a great woodstove, and skylights that fill the hall with golden light.

The Earth Spirit Centre is more than a venue. It is a sacred space — a gateway into Avalon — where community, ritual, and renewal are held by the land itself.

  • Who is The Love Festival for?
The Love Festival is for men who love men — whether you identify as gay, bi, queer ., straight, transmen, or are simply curious. It’s a welcoming space for all who feel called to explore connection, intimacy and self-expression with other men.

Do I need experience in tantra to attend?
Not at all. Many participants are completely new. All practices are guided with care, and you are always invited to go at your own pace. You can attend all, some or none of the sessions and workshops on offer.

What are the Festival timings? The Festival commences at 5pm on Saturday 29th August 2026. People start arriving on site from 3pm to get settled into their accommodation, unpack, explore. ‍

What transport is usually used to get to the Festival site (Earth Spirit Centre)? If coming from London Paddington take a GWR train towards Exeter/Plymouth/Paignton/Penzance and alight at Castle Cary station. Please make sure the train you are boarding stops in Castle Cary as not all trains stop there. The train journey from London Paddington to Castle Cary is around 1 hour 40 minutes and the station is a 25-minute drive from Earth Spirit by car. The Festival will be putting on a coach to collect people from Castle Cary station. Details will be provided closer to the time to participants. There will be a small cost for this service to cover the coach transfer. As a general rule, a train leaving London Paddington just after midday will arrive into Castle Cary close to 2pm.

‍If coming from Bristol, there may also be train/taxi transfers. This will be similarly arranged closer to the time.

‍If driving to the site, there is parking available on site or close by. ‍ ‍

    Will there be nudity?
Some workshops and spaces may be clothing-optional. Nudity is always an invitation, never an expectation – this includes throughout the whole site. You choose what feels comfortable for you. There will likely be mixed-gender kitchen staff but they are comfortable with nudity.

    Is this a sexual event?
The festival is predominantly sensual and sex-positive. However, during all workshops and practices, sexual safety is expected by all participants and this is agreed upon before the workshops commence. We explore connection, touch and intimacy in a conscious, consensual, and safe way. There is no explicit sexual activity (such as intercourse) within facilitated sessions. Safe sex kits are provided throughout the festival site. ‍

    How is consent handled?
Consent is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be introduced to clear frameworks (including practices like Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent) and supported to communicate your boundaries and desires with confidence, respect and love.

What kind of workshops can I expect?
A rich mix — including tantra, breathwork, dance, conscious touch, massage, kink-aware practices, meditation, sharing circles and creative sessions like erotic writing and painting. There’s always space for both depth and play.

Can you choose which workshops you take part in? Yes, all workshops are optional and a number are run consecutively so you get to choose which workshops are of most interest.

    What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, something warm (for possible chilly evenings), a spare towel or sarong is always useful, toiletries, and anything you’d like to wear for themed or playful evenings, such as kink wear, jockstrap, etc. You’re welcome to bring personal items that support your expression.

Are the workshops indoors/outdoors – what if the weather is cold/wet? Most of the workshops are held indoors and there is heating/cooling depending on the weather. Some workshops may be held outdoors so it is advisable to bring something warm to put on in case the weather is chilly or wet.

Is the festival drug and alcohol free?
Yes. The festival is intentionally alcohol and drug free to support presence, safety and deeper connection.

    What is the accommodation like?
There’s a variety of options — from shared indoor en-suite rooms to glamping in nature with shared bathroom facilities. All are designed to be comfortable, welcoming and supportive of rest and connection.

‍There are also some limited onsite spaces for motorhomes and camping both with the option of electrical hook-ups. Please contact us if this is required and it does not show on the booking site.

    What is the food like?

Delicious, nourishing vegetarian and vegan meals are provided throughout the festival, designed to support both body and spirit.

What if I feel nervous or out of my comfort zone?
That’s completely natural. Many arrive feeling the same. You’ll be held in a warm, supportive environment where you are always free to choose your level of participation. We will have support angels on hand to help you navigate throughout the Festival.

How many people attend? The site accommodates about 120 people. There may be some people staying offsite but this is kept to a minimum. Numbers are not likely to go over 130. We keep the group at an intimate size to ensure a sense of safety, connection and community.

    Where is the festival held?
At the beautiful Earth Spirit Centre, in Compton Dundon Village, Somerset (five miles from the town of Glastonbury) — a peaceful, nature-rich setting perfect for this kind of experience. The site is an old Dairy farm.
